Aldo Forgione has been practicing law as an honourable and good-standing member of the Law Society of Upper Canada since his call to the Bar of the Province of Ontario in 1990. Aldo studied law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University; obtained a Masters of Law with a specialization in Taxation Policy (York University, 1994); and graduated from University of Toronto Law School in 2007 with a Doctorate of Juridical Science (SJD).

Philip Zuker was called to the Ontario Bar as a solicitor in June, 2015 and has been with the team at Forgione Law Office since June of 2014 where he completed his articles. As a practicing solicitor and good-standing member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Phil’s main practice areas include commercial and residential real estate transactions such as private financing, purchase and sale transactions, legal tax planning strategies, land acquisition and development projects and commercial leases. Phil is also largely involved in other practice areas including corporate/commercial agreements and corporate setups, wills and estates, mortgage enforcement litigation and other real estate and tax planning consulting services.

Phil has actively participated in various real estate investments and property development projects from a young age and regularly advises real estate investors, purchasers and sellers of various legal options and tax planning strategies based on their individual needs. Alan Wren was called to the Bar of the Province of Ontario as barrister and solicitor in June of 2022. Prior to being called to the Bar, Alan earned a Juris Doctor degree with a Business Law Area of Concentration from the University of Western Ontario Law School in 2021 and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University in 2017. As a practicing solicitor in good-standing with the Law Society of Ontario, Alan’s practice includes commercial and residential real estate transactions, corporate/commercial dealings and consulting, and wills and estate planning. During his free time, Alan has a passion for the outdoors and travel, having been to 35 countries over the course of his travels. Alan is also an avid skier and hockey player.

Adya is an articling student at Forgione Law. She finished her Master of Laws specializing in Business Law from Wake Forest University, North Carolina. She was the recipient of an International Merit scholarship and an active participant in the Wake Law pro bono projects.

Prior to that, Adya received her Bachelor of Arts and Laws from Indore Institute of Law, India. During her time in law school, she founded the newsletter- Nyay Disha and also served as the chief student editor for the National Law Journal of her law school. Adya is admitted as an advocate in India where she primarily worked as a litigator in the High Courts.

Outside of work, Adya enjoys watching movies and cooking new cuisines. She is a trained Indian classical singer and often enjoys playing harmonium.
